Never one to fail to turn heads Lady GaGa was seen leaving a dance studio in LA. I love this girls music but she looks like a hot mess here! Dreckitude to the fullest extent of the word. It seems like this girl does all these crazy fashion choices for attention and not because she's expressing herself through the medium of clothing. Word has it that all her crazy costumes are eating up all of her hard earned cash. Bish better calm herself!

Janelle Monae in Honey Magazine

Check out Alternative R&B singer Janelle Monae covering Honey Magazine. Janelle is rocking my world on this cover. In the interview with the mag Janelle dishes on why she loves her tux's so much:

What does your closet look like? Is the tux really your daily uniform?
“Exactly like that. I bathe in it, I swim in it, and I could be buried in it. A tux is such a standard uniform, it’s so classy and it’s a lifestyle I enjoy. The tux keeps me balanced. I look at myself as a canvas. I don’t want to cloud myself with too many colors or I’ll go crazy. It’s an experiment I’m doing. I think I want to be in the Guinness Book of World Records.”

Spring/Summer 10 Trends- Dungarees (Oh Dear!)

Vougue.com are reporting that Dungarees will be this Spring/Summer hot trend. Urban Trends has never really been on dungarees, really can not see the stylish side of them. Wear them up your gardening, wear them down your a 16 year old chav. The one exception that we found is a pair of Dungarees from Gwen Stefani's L.A.M.B collection (above). A step away from denim has breathed new life into a dead piece of clothing. The beige colour and belt work really well to. Gwen is one of the few celebrity designers who Urban Trends can truly say knows how to make stylish and innovative clothing.

Rihanna Needs to Rih-think What She is Wearing

The tragic day that Rihanna has totally disappointed Urban Trends has come. Check out Rihanna above entering a medical building. Where to begin? hhmmm. This whole outfit makes me think of my nan for some strange reason. The laced arms, the straw hat, everything just doesn't sit right. Her skirt/shorts look like they need to be put on a kitchen table. We got love for RiRi but this is just a no no.

R&B singer (if you say so) Cassie was spotted leaving the Katsuya Restaurant at the weekend. The fur coat is just a hot mess! Dreckitude to the full. Loose the coat and her outfit would be popping. The jump suit looks hot and shes in the same heels Ciara was in leaving Cheesecake Factory (see earlier posts). Urban Trends has been liking the whole half shaved head look from start but with this new colour its a bit too rihanna like.
